Prevention
At installation of a flywheel it is necessary to use new bolts.
Removal
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Remove the transmission and coupling. |
|
2. Record a flywheel from a provorachivaniye, having established a clamp on a gear wreath of a flywheel. Apply combination tags on a flywheel and a bent shaft. |
|
3. Unscrew bolts and remove a flywheel. |
|
Check
Check a flywheel for wear from coupling and a condition of teeths of a gear wreath.
Installation
| PERFORMANCE ORDER |
| 1. Clear the interfaced surfaces of a flywheel and a bent shaft. |
| 2. Establish a flywheel according to earlier made tags and screw in new bolts of fastening of a flywheel. |
| 3. Record a flywheel from a provorachivaniye and tighten bolts of fastening of a flywheel in several stages. |
| 4. Establish coupling and the transmission. |
