3.5.13. Oil pallet

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a weight wire from the accumulator.
2. Lift a forward part of the car and record on supports.
3. Merge engine oil. Establish a new washer on a masloslivny stopper and install a stopper in the oil pallet, having tightened it the required moment.
4. Disconnect electric sockets from sensors of temperature and level of oil (it is specified by an arrow).
5. Unscrew fastening bolts (are specified by shooters) a ledge of the oil pallet to a transmission case.
6. Gradually and consistently unscrew bolts of fastening of the oil pallet to the block of cylinders. Remove the oil pallet and laying.
7. Unscrew a bolt of fastening of a pipe of an oil receiver and check a condition of the mesh filter (bolts of fastening are specified by shooters).

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear all traces of oil and dirt from the interfaced surfaces of the pallet and block of cylinders.
2. Establish a new sealing ring on a pipe of an oil receiver and establish a pipe into place.
3. Apply a thin film of sealant on the lower surface of the block of cylinders interfaced to the oil pump and a back main cover of the bearing.
4. Apply a thin film of sealant on the lower part of the block of cylinders interfaced to a back cover of the radical bearing. Places of putting sealant are specified by shooters.
5. Install laying on the oil pallet and install laying on the block of cylinders. Fix the oil pallet by bolts.
6. Working from the center in the diagonal sequence, tighten bolts of fastening of the oil pallet.
7. Screw up bolts of fastening of a ledge of the oil pallet to a transmission case.
8. Connect electric sockets to sensors of temperature and level of oil.
9. Lower the car and fill in engine oil in the engine.
