Prevention

Mechanical components of the diesel engine are in many respects similar to 2,5 and 3,0 petrol engines.

Removal and installation

CARS WITH THE CONDITIONER

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Devastate a conditioner coolant contour. This work demands special knowledge and the special tool.
Prevention

When opening a contour of the conditioner there is a danger of a trauma because of the speaker of coolant. Therefore this work has to be performed only in a specialized workshop.
2. Remove the screen wiper motor.
3. Remove a quencher of fluctuations of the crankshaft.
4. Remove air hoses from a cooler of the forced air, a turbocharger and the air filter.
5. Remove an inlet collector.
6. Unscrew pipelines to the oil cooler on the case of an oil filter. Collect the following oil and hand over in special point, close openings of pipelines of the oil cooler suitable traffic jams.
7. At installation of pipelines use new laying.
8. Unscrew pipelines on the servoupravleniye pump.
Prevention

Before opening of pipelines devastate a broad tank a suitable suction. Collect the following oil and hand over in specialized point. After installation fill system and remove from it air.
9. Unscrew the giving and returnable pipelines on the fuel filter. Switch-off the plug of heating of the filter and the sensor of temperature on the filter.
10. Remove hoses of cooling liquid on a compensation tank.
11. Remove heater hoses on connections in a partition of a motive compartment.
12. Mark adjusting situation not to mix hoses.
