Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Take off a gas-distributing belt. Before taking off a belt, turn a bent shaft approximately on 60 ° back. Thereby the probability of contact of valves with pistons decreases.
2. Remove asterisks of camshafts.
3. Weaken and unscrew bolts of covers of bearings of the camshaft of inlet valves. Weaken bolts in turn, half way at one time. Get bolts and uncover. For carrying out the correct installation during assembly all covers are numbered.
4. Remove the camshaft of inlet valves.
5. Similarly remove the camshaft of final valves.
6. Take pushers and put them in the separate numbered boxes.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Examine cams and necks of bearings of a shaft on existence of wear and damages, if necessary the shaft needs to be replaced. Examine shaft bearings in a head of cylinders if they are worn-out too, replace a head of cylinders.
2. Examine pushers on existence of wear and damages. If necessary make replacement.

Installation

Places of putting sealant

Apply sealant on the shaded areas (are specified by shooters).

Sequence of tightening of bolts of covers of bearings of camshafts

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Grease pushers and openings of pushers with pure engine oil and establish pushers on the places.
2. Check that the bent shaft was still turned approximately on 60 ° back.
3. Grease cams and necks of bearings of shaft with pure engine oil. Install camshafts in a head of cylinders. Establish covers of bearings.
4. Apply N15 03 170 sealant on a surface of a head of cylinders around covers of forward bearings of camshafts and in semicircular cuts in a back part of a head (see rice. Places of putting sealant).
5. Tighten nuts of covers of the camshaft of inlet valves in the specified sequence in stages. Tighten covers very carefully, on a half-turn at one time (see rice. Sequence of tightening of bolts of covers of bearings of camshafts).
6. Similarly tighten nuts of covers of the camshaft of final valves.
7. Establish new epiploons of shaft.
8. Establish asterisks of shaft and the remained details.
