PERFORMANCE ORDER
The car without conditioner
1. Merge cooling liquid in a vessel.

Prevention

It is not required to merge cooling liquid completely. There is enough that the level of liquid was below the thermostat case.


2. Unscrew the top casing of the engine and a pipe for air forcing.

3. Unscrew the fan with the viscous coupling.
4. Unscrew a pipe (1) of a heater on the camshaft drive case.
5. Unscrew and remove the case with the thermostat.
6. Remove consolidation from the thermostat case.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clear the surface adjoining to consolidation.
2. Replace the thermostat together with the case.
3. Install new consolidation in the thermostat case, install the thermostat in the case. At the same time the gate (2) for production of air has to get to a guide (1).
4. Screw the thermostat case with 10 N.' effort of m.
5. Screw a heater pipe on the camshaft drive case.
6. Establish a pipe for forcing of air and an engine casing.
7. Check antifrizny properties of cooling liquid, add cooling liquid and pump over the cooling system.
