3.6.5. Multiridge maple belt

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the lower guard of a motive compartment.
2. If is available, weaken multiridge maple a conditioner belt on a tension roller (1).
3. Remove the top guard of the engine and a pipe of the forced air.
4. Install the big screw-driver or the similar lever on a tension element.
5. Squeeze a natyazhitel of a belt and take off multiridge maple a belt.
6. Take off multiridge maple a belt between the fan with the viscous coupling and the air diffuser.
7. At a lack of the place remove the fan.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Impose new multiridge maple a belt according to the scheme on pulleys, at the same time squeeze a belt pulley, as at removal. You watch the correct situation in grooves of pulleys.
2. Unload a tension element. Tension force is transferred from a tension element, height of a tension is not regulated.
3. Establish the top guard of the engine and a pipe of the forced air.
4. Where is available, insert multiridge maple a conditioner belt, unload a tension roller.
5. Install the fan with the viscous coupling.
6. Establish the lower guard of a motive compartment.
