COAL FILTER

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the right forward wheel.
2. Turn off fixing nuts and squeeze out pins.
3. Remove external parts of fastenings.
4. Remove an insert of a wheel niche of the right forward wheel.
5. Turn off a fixing nut.
6. Remove the coal filter (it is specified by an arrow) from fastenings. Mark and disconnect hoses.
7. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

BLOWING-OFF VALVE

Valve arrangement on l engines 2,5 and 3,0

On the 2,5 and 3,0 l engines the blowing-off valve (it is specified by an arrow) is located behind a head of the block of cylinders.

Removal and installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
SOHC engine of 2,0 l
1. Disconnect the socket of connection of the valve.
2. Disconnect hoses from the valve, turn off fixing screws and remove the valve.
3. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
DOHC engine of 2,0 l
4. Disconnect the socket of connection of the valve.
5. Turn off fixing screws and remove the valve together with a fixing arm from a head of the block of cylinders.
6. Mark and disconnect vacuum hoses.
7. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
2,5 and 3,0 l engines
8. Remove the top section of an inlet collector.
9. Turn off a fixing bolt of the valve, disconnect the socket of connection and hoses.
10. Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.
