4.8. Elements of heating systems and ventilation

GENERAL INFORMATION

Scheme of management of system of ventilation and heating

The heating system and ventilation is controlled by means of group of valves which direct air via the necessary air channels.

SWITCHES OF THE CONTROL PANEL OF THE HEATER

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Wrap up the ends of two small screw-drivers an insulating tape.
3. Insert screw-drivers into openings from each party of the removed switch. Slightly press latches and remove the switch button.
4. Squeeze the latches located on each side the switch and remove the switch from the panel.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

CONTROL PANEL OF THE HEATER

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove switches from the control panel.
2. Remove four a makhovichka from probes of regulators of heating and distribution of air.
3. Remove radio.
4. Remove a ware box.
5. Unscrew five screws of the control panel.
6. Remove the panel from the heater control unit.
7. Disconnect wires from the panel.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

HEATER CONTROL UNIT

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the control panel.
2. Unscrew screws and remove the block.
3. Disconnect ropes from the operating rods.
4. Disconnect a wire from a back part of the operating fan switch.
5. Disconnect a collector of a vacuum hose from a back part of the block.
6. Remove the block.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

AIR DISTRIBUTION BLOCK

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Merge cooling liquid and remove the dashboard.
2. Disconnect tubes of the air conditioner from a dividing partition of a motive compartment, for holding this procedure address the expert.
3. Disconnect the air channel from the air vent located from the driver.
4. Remove a strut of a steering column.
5. Unscrew a bolt and disconnect a grounding wire from a dividing partition of a motive compartment.
6. Disconnect a wire from the motor of the delivery fan.
7. Disconnect tubes from a radiator of a heater and merge cooling liquid in suitable capacity and close openings of tubes caps.
8. In models with the air conditioner disconnect a back vacuum hose of the locking valve of cooling liquid.
9. Disconnect a wire from the electromagnetic valve of system of recirculation.
10. In the models which are not equipped with the control system climate disconnect a yellow hose from the air distribution block.
11. Unscrew screws and disconnect the air channels located in offices for legs of back sitting from the air distribution block.
12. Disconnect a blue hose from the vacuum block of the valve of system of recirculation.
13. In models with the automatic transmission disconnect a gear shifting lever rope from the electromagnetic valve of system of recirculation.
14. Unscrew two fixing bolts of the block of distribution of air located near the upper edge of a dividing partition and one bolt located in salon.
15. Remove the block.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal (do not forget to replace old sealing rings of tubes).

THE OPERATING HEATER ROPE – THE PARTY OF THE DRIVER

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the dashboard to get access to the air distribution block.
2. Remove a lock ring and disconnect a rope from the operating lever on the distribution block.
3. Remove the control panel of a heater.
4. Remove a lock ring and disconnect a rope from the end of the operating rod.
5. Remove a rope.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

THE OPERATING HEATER ROPE – THE PARTY OF THE PASSENGER

Removal

The procedure is similar to the procedure of removal of a rope from the driver (see above), with that difference that for receiving access to a rope it is necessary to remove the air channel located in office for legs of the forward passenger.

ELECTROMAGNETIC VALVE OF SYSTEM OF RECIRCULATION OF AIR

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Disconnect a wire of the minus plug of the accumulator.
2. Remove the lower finishing panel from the driver and remove the air channel located in office for legs.
3. The electromagnetic valve is fixed in the left part of the block of distribution of air. Disconnect hoses and wires from the valve.
4. Unscrew the screw and remove the valve.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

VACUUM BLOCK OF THE VALVE OF SYSTEM OF RECIRCULATION OF AIR

Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove a ware box.
2. Disconnect a plait of wires and the air channel.
3. The block is located on the left side from a casing of the delivery fan.
4. Disconnect a blue hose from the block.
5. Disconnect and remove the block.

Installation

Installation is carried out to the sequences, the return to removal.

VACUUM BLOCK OF THE VALVE OF ANTI-ICER

The block of anti-icer is located on the right side from the distributor of air and the brown hose is connected to it.

VACUUM BLOCK OF THE VALVE OF AIR CHANNELS OF HEATING OF LEGS

The block is located on the right side from the distributor of air and the green hose is connected to it.
