Removal

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Mechanical transmission
1. Remove the transmission and coupling.
2. Stop a flywheel and note its correct adjusting arrangement.
3. Unscrew bolts and remove a flywheel.
Automatic transmission
4. Remove the transmission.
5. Stop a drive plate and weaken its bolts.
6. Completely unscrew bolts and remove a drive plate.

Check

Check a flywheel for existence of wear and damages. At detection of those, address the expert.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Mechanical transmission
1. Clean the joined surfaces of a flywheel and a bent shaft. Clean carvings of bolts.
2. Establish a flywheel, insert and tighten bolts.
3. Establish coupling and the transmission.
Automatic transmission
4. Clean the joined surfaces of a drive plate and a bent shaft. Clean carvings of bolts.
5. Establish a drive plate and tighten bolts.
