Removal

MECHANICAL TRANSMISSION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the transmission and coupling.
2. Stop a flywheel and note its correct adjusting arrangement.
3. Unscrew bolts and remove a flywheel.

AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Remove the transmission.
2. Stop a drive plate and weaken its bolts.
3. Completely unscrew bolts and remove a drive plate.

Check

PERFORMANCE ORDER
Check a flywheel for existence of wear and damages. At detection of those address the expert.

Installation

MECHANICAL TRANSMISSION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Mechanical transmission
2. Clean the joined surfaces of a flywheel and a bent shaft. Clean carvings of bolts.
3. Establish a flywheel, insert and tighten bolts till the necessary moment of an inhaling (the drawing at the left), and then in addition on a necessary corner (the drawing on the right) (see subsection 3.1.1)
4. Establish coupling and the transmission.

AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION

PERFORMANCE ORDER
1. Clean the joined surfaces of a drive plate and a bent shaft. Clean carvings of bolts.
2. Establish a drive plate and tighten bolts.
